Research Conversations in the Arts was an eight-part series of luncheon gatherings featuring two researchers and one moderator. It was designed to bring people together around common research interests. The conversations modeled the diversity of research questions, methods, and forms within the College of Fine Arts/Arizona Arts, fostered collegial support networks, and incubated future topics-based affinity groups and multi-disciplinary collaborations. The first six were in person, limited to junior faculty and speakers because of COVID restrictions. The last three were virtual with an open invitation across campus. Summaries of each conversation were written by 2022 Research Fellows.
